​​​​​Where in the world did this name come from?

The original name of the website was Blissfully Surround Yourself.

As I wrote a welcome for the original site, I was just too lazy to write out Blissfully Surround Yourself, so I simply put BSY in place of the website name.

Then it hit me. BSY = busy. That is what keeps us from enjoying life. We pack our days with too much stuff. Our top to-do should be to enjoy and to be uplifted so we can do the same for others.

So bsylife became a nickname for the original name of this site. And now bsylife is the true name of this website.

Our mission is still for you to blissfully surround yourself with what makes you joyful. As you look at our offerings, we hope you find many of them uplifting and something you choose to purchase, download and look at each day to make your day better.

The goal of this website is to help you find a joyful oasis when you need a break. Of course we hope to make plenty of money so we can use profits to help when help is needed. Join us as we take our journey.
